Each code is quantity-specific. DISCOVER899 needs exactly 4 eligible items, DISCOVER999 needs 5. If your cart has a different count, the code won't apply at the listed price, so adjust your cart to match one of the two tiers before checkout

As Sirona products are personal care essentials (period, intimate, and toilet hygiene), they're non-returnable as a rule. We do accept returns in three cases: if the product you received is incorrect, expired, or damaged in transit. 

Just email info@thesirona.com or WhatsApp +91-9718866644 with your order ID and a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery. For incorrect or expired items, please keep them unused and in good condition. Once we receive and quality-check the product, your refund is initiated within 7 working days.
