1. Remove the cap from the test stick after taking it out of the pouch.
2. Keep the absorbent tip under the urine stream in a downward direction for 3-5 seconds. For best results, use the first morning urine to test.
3. Put the cap back on the stick and place it on a clean and flat surface.
4. Read results within 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 5 minutes.
