Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel your order please drop us an email at info@thesirona.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91-9718866644 with the order details. In case your order is cancelled we will process the refund within 7 business days, after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.400 as notified on the website (subject to change without prior notice). We also offer cash-on-delivery at no additional charge. We suggest you check the shipping charges applied at the time of check-out see the final rates applicable.
Replacement & Refund Policy:
Since our products fall under the category of personal care (period, intimate and toilet hygiene), they are non-returnable.
However, we do consider returns of purchased items under the following conditions:
- When the product received is incorrect
- When the product received is expired
- When the product received was damaged in transit
In case you want to return the product received due to any of the above reasons, drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged / expired / incorrect product at info@thesirona.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91-9718866644 within 7 days of the date of delivery.
If you are returning an incorrect or expired product, please ensure that it is unused and in good condition. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we conduct necessary quality checks to ensure that the item is not tampered with and accordingly initiate a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
In case you do not receive the complete order (missing products) you can request for a refund only on the products not received (only if they have not been dispatched). Email us at info@thesirona.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91-9718866644 with the order details and we will take the required action.
