How to use
  1. Peel the adhesive strip from the underside of the pad using clean hands.
  2. Place the pad, sticky side attached onto the inside of the underwear.
  3. After 3 to 5 hours, remove the pad from the underwear.
  4. Put the used pad in Sanitary Disposal Bag and throw in the bin. Do not flush.
