1. Measure water: Use the cover to measure 5 ml of water and pour it into the water-holding area.
2. Place cup: Place the clean menstrual cup upside down on the water-holding area and close the lid.
3. Plug in: Connect the power cord and press the power button. Ensure the indicator light is on.
4. Sterilize: Steam sterilization takes 7-8 minutes. The power shuts off automatically once done. Confirm via the indicator light.
