How to use
Clean
Wash the sterilizing container using water and Menstrual Cup wash.
Fill
Fill the sterilizing container with water, up to 1 cm below the top rim. Place menstrual cup inside and cover the lid loosely.
Microwave
Place the container in the microwave, at high temperature for 2-3 minutes.
Cool
Allow for it to cool completely. Your sterilized menstrual cup is now ready to use!
If you don't have access to a microwave, then put the cup with boiling water in the container for 5-7 minutes. Allow it to cool and the cup will be ready for use.
