Wash the sterilising container using water and Sirona menstrual cup wash. Fill the sterilising container with water, up to 1 cm below the top rim. Place the menstrual cup inside and cover the lid loosely. Place the container in the microwave, at high temperature for 2-3 minutes. Allow for it to cool completely. Your sterilised menstrual cup is now ready to use!
