Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. But, you can choose the following steps -

We understand that it can be concerning if your payment was deducted but you haven't received order confirmation yet. Please check your email for a confirmation message within the next 24 hours. Additionally, visit the profile section on our website to check your order history. If there is no confirmation or order history, please reach out to our customer support team on -

• Contact your bank or service provider: They can clarify why the payment wasn't processed.

Refunds depend on your payment method. We offer refunds for prepaid orders (T&Cs applied) but not for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Upon initiation of your refund, you will receive an email. If you don’t, please review your bank statement after 5-7 business days. While returns are typically not accepted, if you encounter a manufacturing defect with your order, please get in touch with our customer care team to find an appropriate solution.

You can reach out to our Customer Care team to request cancellation of your order before it is shipped. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

Cancellation isn’t possible at this stage, but you can refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
