Step 1 : Wash your hands before opening the pad.
Step 2: Unwrap and unfold the pad. Remove the long release paper from the center of the pad.
Step 3 : Stick the pad onto the center of your panty, with the wider back portion facing backward. For overnight use, position the pad slightly toward the back for maximum back coverage.
Step 4 : Remove the wing release papers, fold the wings around the edges of your panty, and press to secure.
Step 5 : Adjust your panty so the pad sits snugly against your body. A well-fitted panty helps prevent leakage.
Step 6 : Change your pad every 6–8 hours, or more frequently on heavy-flow days. Change immediately once soiled/saturated.
