How to use
Pull
Pull the inner tube out as shown the in picture. Use thumb and middle finger to hold applicator. The tampon is in the applicator.
Place
Place the round applicator tip into your vaginal opening.
Push
Support the applicator and with index finger, push inner tube all the way into the outer tube.
Retract
Once tampon is inserted, remove the plastic applicator & dispose it off in a bin.
Remove
To remove the tampon, pull the string downwards, diagonally. Dispose off responsibly in a Tampon & Condom Disposal Bag.
