• Wear it like regular underwear.
• Tear at the sides to remove.

MATERNITY BREAST PADS

• Make sure that your nipple is clean and dry before you start.
• Rip open the individual packet and take out the breast pad.
• Peel off the release paper.
• With the sticky side facing your bra, place the breast pad in place.
