ULTRA-THIN PANTY LINERS

• Peel off the adhesive backing.
• Place the liner in your underwear with the adhesive side down.
• Adjust for comfort and ensure full coverage.
• Replace every few hours or as needed for freshness.
• Dispose of the used liner responsibly in a dustbin. Do not flush.
  
  

RASH-FREE PADS

• Peel the adhesive strip from the underside of the pad using clean hands.
• Place the pad, sticky side attached onto the inside of the underwear.
• After 3 to 5 hours, remove the pad from the underwear.
• Put the used pad in the Sanitary Disposal Bag and throw it in the bin. Do not flush.
  
  

INTIMATE WET WIPES

• Peel the front label slowly to open the pack.
• Pull out one wipe as needed.
• Reseal the label immediately to lock in moisture and keep remaining wipes fresh.
• Gently wipe the desired area (intimate area, underarms, breast area, or bikini zone) in a front-to-back motion.
• Dispose of the used wipe in a dustbin. Do not flush.

FEMININE PAIN RELIEF PATCH

• Remove from pouch and peel the protective film.
• Apply on clean and dry area. Press firmly for 10-15 seconds. This helps the skin-friendly adhesive keep the patch in place.
• To remove, peel off slowly from one side. If needed, wet the area with warm water to make removal easier.
• Dispose of after use.

Wear for up to 8 hours. You can keep the patch on during daily activities or sleep with it for continuous relief.
Use only one patch at a time on the same area.
Do not layer multiple patches over one spot.

PERIOD STAIN REMOVER WIPES

• Tear open the pack.
• Gently dab and wipe the stain in a circular motion for 60 seconds.*
• Let the fabric dry; no rinsing required.
• Dispose of the wipe responsibly.

Stubborn stains may need more than 60 seconds or more than one wipe.
