1. PULL: Pull the inner tube out. Use your thumb and middle finger to hold the applicator.
2. PLACE: Insert the applicator partly into your vaginal opening.
3. PUSH: Keep hold of the applicator. With your index finger, gently push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube.
4. REMOVE: Once the inner tube is pressed completely, the tampon has been inserted. Gently remove the applicator.
