IMPOWER SELF-DEFENCE PEPPER SPRAY

• Close your eyes and cover your mouth and nose to avoid self-exposure.
• Stretch your arm out fully, aim at the attacker’s face, and spray for 2-3 seconds.
• Then, turn away immediately, run, and find a safe place.

FEMININE PAIN RELIEF PATCH

• Remove from pouch and peel the protective film.
• Apply on clean and dry area. Press firmly for 10-15 seconds. This helps the skin-friendly adhesive keep the patch in place.
• To remove, peel off slowly from one side. If needed, wet the area with warm water to make removal easier.
• Dispose of after use.

Wear for up to 12 hours. You can keep the patch on during daily activities or sleep with it for continuous relief.
Use only one patch at a time on the same area.
