1. Remove the sanitary pad from the individual wrapper.
2. Remove the release paper from the adhesive side and place the pad in the centre of your underwear.
3. Fold the wings around the underside of your underwear and press gently to keep the pad securely in place.
4. Adjust if needed to ensure full coverage and a comfortable fit.
5. Replace the pad every 4–6 hours, or sooner depending on your flow, to maintain hygiene and comfort.
6. Roll the used pad, wrap it in the disposal wrapper or paper, and discard it in a bin. Do not flush.
