Made for heavy flow and long-day use, the pad features a high-capacity, multi-layer absorbent core that quickly locks away fluid for up to 8 hours of protection.* The extra-wide back and dual wings provide secure coverage and help protect against back leaks during movement and different sleeping positions.

1. Wash your hands before opening the pad.
2. Unwrap and unfold the pad. Remove the long release paper from the center of the pad.
3. Stick the pad onto the center of your panty, with the wider back portion facing backward.
4. Remove the wing release papers, fold the wings around the edges of your panty, and press to secure.
5. Adjust your panty so the pad sits snugly against your body. A well-fitted panty helps prevent leakage.
6. Change your pad every 6-8 hours, or more frequently on heavy-flow days. Change immediately once saturated.
