1. Remove the backing paper from only one side to expose the adhesive. 
2. Apply to the desired area with pressure. 
3. Remove the backing paper from the other side and stick the other part of the garment. 

TIP: Use two tapes in case of heavy fabric. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, oil-free, make-up-free, and moisturiser-free before putting the tape on.

NOTE: Remove the tape before washing or ironing the garment. Do not reuse the tape. Pre-test the tape on delicate fabrics. Do not use the tape on irritated, sunburnt, or sensitive skin. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use and see a dermatologist immediately.
