1. Fold & insert the cup into the vaginal canal.
2. Ensure seal is created for leak-proof wear.
3. Wear up to 8 hours, then remove gently.
4. Clean using Sirona Cup Wash & sterilize before storing.

How to sterilize the cup
1. Fill with water up to the mark.
2. Place washed cup in the sterilizer.
3. Close lid partially (leave a gap).
4. Microwave on high temperature setting for 1 min.
5. Cool before removing.
6. You can store the cup inside the sterilizer.
7. Don't have a microwave? Just add hot water and let the cup sit until it cools down and is ready to use. "

Place the menstrual cup inside and cover the lid loosely. Place the container in the microwave, at high temperature for 2-3 minutes. Allow for it to cool completely.
