How to use

Peel the adhesive strip from the underside of the pad using clean hands.
Place the pad, sticky side attached onto the inside of the underwear.
After 3 to 5 hours, remove the pad from the underwear.
Put the used pad in Sanitary Disposal Bag and throw in the bin. Do not flush.
