How to use

Unwrap
Remove the protective foil of the tampon with clean hands. Unwind the cord.
Insert
Relax and use your index finger to push the tampon into the vagina at an angle pointing towards your tailbone.
Remove
Pull the string slowly diagonally downwards to remove the tampon. After removing it, wash your hands.
Dispose
Do not flush. Place the used tampon into a Tampon Disposal Bag and throw in the bin.
